Would sure help if you didn't post inaccurate links and descriptions to start off with. Seeing as the first mast found in YOUR link in the car park YOU described is quite clearly a Network Rail mast:

The planning application you link to also clearly states the mast is connected to the national network via an
underground link. Perhaps you should check your own information before calling others trolls.
