From doing mine years ago you just need a TV point surface plate. There's a handy guide here

Then you just need some decent co-axial cable to run from that to your TV, ensuring you buy the correct plugs.

Don't buy the cheap thin cables you can get in supermarkets with moulded plugs, go to an electricial shop, you can get the surface plate from here as well, and buy some quality screened cable.
I bought about 7m of cable and 2 plugs for less than £10.

That link i posted will also show you how to wire the plugs.

Once it's plugged into the TV you just need to scan for the channels.
