Maybe they're getting in with a price increase before Miliband pledges to cap them.
£20 seems reasonable to me (lots of companies have higher minimum order values for free delivery) and we tend to order multiple items so I'm not bothered. I just hope they'll be paying some tax on the profit this will generate.
