He couldn't point you to the location in My Virgin Media for the same reason as I can't find it there when I'm logged in.
I use a utility called DUMETER to keep track of my usage and warn me if there's a threshold I'm about to cross.
The Superhub provides stats, but they are not considered to be reliable. See the VM Forums for the skinny on that.
