15 million people who never vote will never change anything. 15 million people turning up and deliberately failing to support any candidate, show that they are engaged, listening, and waiting for something better. That might, just, in the long run, make a difference.
Not that it'll happen. They'd rather stay home, watch Jeremy Kyle and complain nobody told them anything, while sharing the latest alcohol-related meme on their Facebook wall.
