The problem with the unionist vote in this context is that it is split. The SNP has been very good at hanging on to Yes voters from last September, and 45% is frequently good enough to take a Westminster seat. Our best hope right now is. That the uniform swing calculations being made, are not up to the task, and that the Nats do less well than predicted.
