All recordings were spread across just 3 channels - E4 HD, CH5HD and Sky1HD. I have done the same as you in the past and set an SD link by accident but all these are set for the HD channels.
Update is that I was going to do some more investigation but discovered it appears to have sorted itself out and the schedule is now fine (with no intervention from me) although there was a minor power blip which means the box has been through a reboot cycle since last night.
I suspect the reboot and the planned recordings sorting itself out is not unrelated
