I've got similar evening and weekend speeds in Bristol at the moment (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/12...ongestion.html) is my thread.

One bit of curiosity I have, is whether congestion in areas like this, is left to just be a BAU uplift..or whether necessary expansion is actually prioritised.
