Like any company they try it on with customers who don't look for better deals. Loyalty doesn't pay.
I just moved my car insurance and from a renewal premium that had leapt to £385 yet I put my details in on their website and it came back with under £200. Lying, cheating you know whats.
I got insured on the same terms for £98 with a £20 shopping voucher thrown in from the AA.
