Yes, it's absence from the Netflix website makes no sense. Maybe they didn't update it when they introduced the Super HD stream, which is the 1080p, 5800kbps stream. They no longer use the term 'Super HD', but the 5800kbps stream remains.

If you have access to US Netflix, play 'Example short 23.976'. This has a bitrate overlay which changes as the stream quality improves. It shows two 1080p streams; one at 4300kbps and the other at 5800kbps.
