Instead of a 12/18 month contract, we should be allowed to sign one for a longer period of time, but also receive a bigger loyalty discount.

I'd rather stay with VM and be a loyal customer rather than having to chop and change every other year just to get the best deals. It would also mean VM would be guaranteed to get my money.

Ben, what are your thoughts on this? Be interesting to hear from a VM perspective.
