No chance tbh mate same with slingtv and verizon as they are US services, hbogo i think will come but maybe not for quite awhile.
I wouldn't be surprised to see virgin and bt etc try to get deals in place to launch a online tv service too.

I'm trying the slingtv service at mo it costs $20p/m about £14 so far it's quite good, i agree with you on the password sharing part for how little things such as netflix cost it really is penny pinching.
