Rumour: Sky Movies to be axe from EPG?

Sky asked if I was aware of they upcoming price changes and would I be interested in taking Sky Movies again on an on demand basis without live channels. They asked if I would be prepared to pay £10 - £12 for such a service.
Sky Movies is £19.50 per month on Virgin Media. It looks like Sky are ready to launch a cheaper alternative to their usual Sky Movies set-up. No live channels on the EPG with all movies being available on an on demand basis only.
