Has VM stopped the BUY data5 bundle?
I'm on the old PAYG addict tariff, so many minutes and text and 1 Gb data for £15 a month. Then every few months I end up with so much in credit so instead of paying £15 I just text "BUY data5" which buys me 1Gb for the month. But the last time I did this I got the acknowledgement text saying we'll get back to you. But never got the message saying it's been done and I had to get on to them to get the data added.
I thought this was just a one of glitch but it looks like it's happening to me again.
That's why I was wondering if they have stopped it in the normal Virgin way without letting any one know.
