If you're going to put someone into debates against the leaders of the other parties, who have in turn at least won elected office somewhere other than their own party, you'd hope they'd be a 'ringer'. In other words, brilliant.

She turns up at any televised debate so clueless and bereft of knowledge she should be torn apart.

These aren't challenging questions, she's merely being asked questions about basic policy and falling on her backside because she has no clue about them.
