Re: Miliband NOT answering the referendum question

For me the EU certainly isn't the only factor in deciding who to vote for but for those who feel it is the overriding issue, the only way to get an EU referendum is to vote Tory where they can win and UKIP elsewhere. If Cameron fails to deliver on his promise it'll be political suicide for his party and whilst he might accept another 5 years at number 10 as his reward, I don't think many of his MPs will relish the electoral wilderness that will follow.
