Well I'm not going to argue too late into the night.

But if you take figures of mainly infants that had no say in the matter when they were indeed baptised, then more fool you.

I was baptised Roman Catholic, but I am not so now I am an adult and can make my own assessment.

Results of a Social Trends survey in 2008, 3 years after yours, put the % of those that call themselves Anglican at 22.2%

And as widely reported practising Anglicans are as low 800,000.

So rather than brushing up on mathematics, I would suggest you need to brush up on reality.
