The CPR is a preset blacklist, Truecall can do blacklist/whitelist and "challenge", where the caller will be asked to identify themselves, and then the phone rings and delivers that identification message, when you can then whitelist, blacklist, pass once or reject once. Another challenge style is "press the right key".
Truecall built into a dual cordless set at that price is pretty good!
