On balance I think probably the always on option isn't going to be that useful when he's away for a couple of days at a time since staff would need to make sure his phone was charged etc. etc. We could use that facility on days out just in case he got lost but a location on request service might be more practical at other times.
Maybe I'm phrasing the question badly but I've done a quick search and can't find out how to set up a 'send gps location by request' so could someone clarify this for me please.
