I agree about some stations and their chatting. I find absolute radio quite decent, they don't play pop, have good presenters (other than two I don't like) who love the music they play, the presenters are quite witty and knowledgeable too and rarely talk over the tracks. They often play long songs in their entirety as well. They have a multitude of different types of stations as well, including classic rock. If you create an account online and then listen online as well, you will hear very few adverts too. I don't listen online as me radio provides far better quality, even if I do have to suffer the ads - but at least they sound good!
