And if all of those customers jump ship to BT or VM, their wireless will
still be congesting your area because it has nothing to do with what ISP you use. VM don't buy wireless spectrum for your home, that's unlicensed spectrum in the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz range that
anyone can use.
It's not Virgin's fault and there's literally nothing they can do about it.
