Quite an ingenious policy.
Essentially he was proposing to bring forward legislation that you can't claim housing benefit if you are single,
with no kids and unemployed. Can anyone see an obvious flaw in this cunning plan?
I wonder is that why there is no mention of exemptions for parents in this latest rehash of his proposals?
