What do I need to do? Help
The login name and password on your ntlworld.com email will remain unaltered even though you have a new VM account and e-mail addresses. VM honour the legacy addys it inherited from the various companies that it has absorbed.

The mail settings for SMTP and POP or IMAP should also remain the same.

I have a legacy ntl addy like this and it continues to work fine as does an old virgin.net one.
