Try it out it maybe what you need.
How to use
1. load the file
2. If you want to change the audio from DTS to AAC then click Audio output on the left and select AAC(faac)
3. If you plan on leaving the video untouched, then leave that part set to 'copy'
4. if you want the output file to be an MKV then select MKV Muxer.
5. Click the 'Save' icon at the top.
6. Job done after a few minutes.

I'll take a look but I really want a universal transcoder that diss's DRM. 
The coder did that, I just want to reload the copy I had as I was getting a faulty .dll warning.
