A sugar tax is an excellent idea, the evidence suggests it would save the NHS a lot of money on obesity related diseases.

I had forgotten, taxes are fine when it's someone else paying them and they are being used to look after you and your family.
I'm trying to think of the word for someone who thinks others should subsidise their quality of life but can't quite place it.
