Is anyone in contact with the Vm webmasters?

Hi, if anyone knows someone that knows the webmasters at VM can you please pass them a message?

I use a good password generating program that generates secure passwords, but your setup an account page https://my.virginmedia.com/create-profile/register whilst it expects the password that is used to follow it's rules it says begger all about what they are!

Not even a link to the help page that explains what requirements the password should meet (which I can't link to but have found another way), there is also no "help" link on that page so a new user is destined to keep trying different passwords until they figure out how lame the password requirement is!

I can see what I am in for now and it makes me wonder if the switch was a good idea
