. Fair dos. It does, however, miss the broader, more important point. The SNPs case was based on oil right up to the point where they actually did some sums, at which point we were treated to two years of obfuscation, bluster and sleight of hand. Some were taken in by it. Most weren't. Now, world events have shone a spotlight on the issue.
