yeah, the sad thing is that after all this hype and excitement most of us are probably looking at mid-next year before we see the upgrade. They haven't even announced it yet and when they do they'll make it sound like the release is imminent but it will only be a few selected areas around summer time. They'll release a rollout plan making it look like most areas will be done just before or just after xmas and then we'll all be hit with delays and push backs it will end up being june-september 2016. I am not being pessimistic, it is just the way it always has been. I am very excited about the prospect of having 20/15 or 30/20 but if even VM announce it tomorrow, it is still a long way off.

Bet you as soon as people find out about it, if there area needs upgrades first they will still complain to disconnects, who will then bump them up to the new speed with no concern about the impact on other users in that area.
