Unfortunately, it seems to be part of being human that we are less likely to mention anything about any service we get if the service is what we are expecting and paying for, but are more likely to complain (on any medium) when the service falls short of our expectations.
Look at any forums. How many people do you see coming online and just saying they are getting a service they are happy with. The number is a fraction of the number of people that post complaining about their service, even though the number of customers complaining may actually be a fraction of the number who are happy with their service.
