, no incentive from content suppliers as they are getting an exclsuive deal from Sky for their product and for them exclusivity is a good market tool to hype up excitement and create interest for those who cant watch it.
Barring "other methods" to watch content not involving sky (dish and nowTV)involve purchasing boxset and for them this good profit maker going straight back to content maker. A win-win for them and therefore no pressure from them to force sky to make it more available
