This sort of thing can happen on any network though. Its happened to O2 and all its virtual networks in the last 2 years.
I've had data outages on VM recently too. I don't see how an outage makes them appalling??

It must just be a small local cell tower affecting your area. So your claims of the WHOLE network are greatly exagerated. |
From what I am reading it is the whole network - albeit it seems the Pay As You Go customers mainly.
