Section in bold is the preferred option. The Libs will want them kept alive and jailed so they can do there time and then they can be released back into the community as fit citizens

Unfortunately that does not work with religious nut jobs who kill in the name of there God. The only way to deal with them is put them down like you would a rabid animal.
