You have a few options. I'm assuming the LG TV is connected by HDMI to the TiVo.

1) Get an HDMI splitter, and run a HDMI lead into the bedroom. (Assumes the Samsung TV has an HDMI input)
2) Run a SCART lead from the TiVo to the Bedroom. (Assumes the Samsung TV has a SCART input. You'll only get SD pictures in the bedroom this way)
3) Get a video sender, and connect to the SCART socket on the TV. Again this is SD only, but an advantage over the other two is it will let you change channel from the bedroom. Also requires no hole drilling or trailing cables.

You can't make use of the V+ in this situation. If it was made by Samsung and is no longer active on your account, please return it to VM. Scientific-Atlanta boxes are no longer collected so you can recycle those.
