I've tried different browsers and on the console, resetting the console, tried a few hours later and it still isn't working
The code is definitely right because it comes up saying its for FIFA 15, its after that when i click confirm it goes to the error screen. The person on Microsoft support said its still valid and hasn't been redeemed, but i get the feeling they didn't know what the issue was because they just said try again later and didn't tell me what the actual problem is.
Its rather annoying...
