The Now TV Entertainment pack is such a frustrating service for HBO content when compared to HBO Nordic, due to lack of back seasons and delays in showing new series and seasons. Surely, if Sky and HBO get their heads together, they could fix that with an appropriate deal.

I severely doubt you'll see that for a while , the Sky+HD box is setup to use progressive download rather than apps.
Whilst the Now TV box wouldn't have the same problem I can't see Sky offering premium features to its Now TV customers and leaving its premium paying satellite customers out in the cold.
Maybe when the new generation STB comes out , who knows.
