It will be nothing. There's no need to soften the blow of price rises in February, because everybody will be used to the idea by then and since nothing was announced or rumoured around the time that this year's rises were announced I, personally, think it's fair to conclude that they aren't linked to anything other than the ongoing provision of current services.
