The subject has been posted on a discussion forum.
It's pretty difficult to form an opinion on whether the decision by UKIP to expel her was correct, in correct, a bit over the top etc etc. if we don't know the facts
It's perfectly acceptable to want to know the severity of her crime.
At the moment it's just, "UKIP expel councillor" so what?
He's also totally entitled to have an opinion on it, call it judging if you want, but it's how an opinion is formed, by weighing up the facts judging them and forming an opinion on the matter.
By your measure no one was allowed to form a judgement about the Labour MP in the Flags and White van scandal, it would be purely up to the Labour Party.
