CNC milling question

Don't know if any member here is a CNC programmer/operator or someone knows where to find the right information I'm after so....

We are using PCD up/down spiral cutters on a nesting CNC but are having trouble finding the correct spindle/feed rates that give good finish plus long tool life on 18mm mfc boards. At the moment we are getting approx 4 sheets cut before chipping starts, at a £200+ cost per tool it looks like it's gonna get very expensive very quickly when we're looking at cutting 150 sheets a day.

Bit of a long shot I know, but I thought I would ask because of the knowledge I know exists here on CF.

TIA
