At the same time stopping these people from watching BBC Three entirely. It's a completely ridiculous proposal, there has been in a significant rise in people accessing content online but still nowhere near as much as linear television

I think in general the target demographic for BBC three has access to the internet, whilst the same isn't wholly true of the BBC One audience. I'm not in favour of this, but if you were going to do it to any channel then BBC three is probably the correct one to choose.
