Press OK, then up/down to move through the channels, left/right to move through the times. Or press the "guide" button to go to the full-screen guide.

Highlight the programme you want in the guide, press OK, then select "Record and remind this programme"

Sounds like you have more than two homeplugs. Some people report that two will work reliably, but not more. As a test, unplug all except the ones on the TiVos.
I use MRS, but connected with Ethernet.
