Re: Do Virgin Media give the most appalling customer service you have ever experience
I have been with Scottish Power for years and used to find their customer service good. Not any more.
Twice I have waited 45+ minutes for them to answer the phone before being cut off.
You used to be able to enter your meter readings online. The last two occasions it has not worked.
There are several other companies in my experience far worse than VM.
