What percentage rise is that ? Bet its not 5.9%, I suspect they've done creative accountancy like last year. Posters on MSE are reporting rises of a lot more than 5.9%.

There wasn't a breakdown last year either, again to make it difficult for customers to work what exactly had risen or compare with each other.
