Is there a ITVBe+1 channel?

ITVBe+1 is currently only available on Virgin Media, channel 120. It is reported that ITVBe+1 will be available on satellite and Freeview in the future.

Standard or High Definition?

ITVBe HD is currently only available on Virgin Media, channel 179, for viewers with a higher-tier subscription. It is reported that ITVBe HD will be available on Sky in the future. Earlier in 2014, ITV indicated that the HD channel would not be free-to-view.
