can any tune up software do damage.
Registry cleaners or tune up software

i used CCleaner in the past and it did lots of damage to my computer.
computer became useless. and missing windows files.

also used tune up utilities, registry mechanic. all seem to make damage.

is there a good software without damaging my computer to clean up files and Registry ?
