should be the password set on the repeater's own network, which if you haven't changed, ought to be the one on the bottom of the case.
the miwifiext.x domains won't work when the repeater isn't also operating as a router, as it relies on a fake DNS entry propagated by the router itself.
As per ianch99 though, if you've not got access to the router's admin pages try find it via the Superhub (which may or may not work). That page should give you the password...
