Tech support insists there is no problem because two emails they sent arrived, a test from my own address worked and there's nothing on the server. But they can't explain why 11 mails sent from my son's address haven't arrived or bounced back to his address.
And Tech Supp are also now punting Customer Services' line that email isn't integral to the broadband service. Might not be to them, but it is to me.
