Faulty V+ boxes are currently being replaced with another V+ box. Seems a waste of time to me as they will eventually have to be replaced with a TiVo software compatible box anyway!
From what I can gather, TiVo boxes are offered with free installation...then this is recouped by charging for something spurious like a connection/admin fee- or have I got this wrong
