there isnt enough news in liverpool to warrant a channel. will be interesting to see how they deal with it.
What i think could work for local tv is if they get involved with the local sports teams etc maybe show a sunday league match live, come to a deal with football clubs to show things like the u21s matches live etc, get more involved in the communities too.
Easier said than done i know but it could work.
