Prime is a £79.99 per year subscription which includes Prime Instant and gives you free one day delivery. Prime Instant is a £5.99 a month subscription which just gives you the Streaming video service.
The only downside with regard to Netflix is if you use a smart DNS service; you can't change DNS settings within the Amazon fire TV itself and would need to change them in your router, which would therefore need to be a separate one and the VM Super hub set to modem mode.
