I normally make sure that i never go past the upload caps, but today i went out with a upload going on in the background and got back to find that after 4hours of uploading 2052MB an hour (on average), i'm still not capped, according to VirginTraffic management @

So, my question is, are the upload caps not removed? In the graph the outgoing (upload) bandwidth is 4.56Mbit/sec (my max is 6Mbit and i set it to upload at 5 on average)
